EvenBook is a software product owned and operated by Beardsley Holdings LLC. Beardsley Holdings LLC owns and operates even-book.com and is responsible for the information practices described in this policy.

This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit even-book.com, explore our public product demos, or submit a demo or analysis request.

Information you provide

When you request a demo, walkthrough, or property analysis, we may collect your name, work email, company or property name, approximate unit count, property-management system, current rotation method, and any message you choose to send.

Website and analytics information

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the public website. It may collect information such as pages viewed, site interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, and a first-party identifier stored in a cookie. We do not intentionally send the contents of your request form to Google Analytics.

How we use information

• Respond to your request and arrange a walkthrough or analysis.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of demo-request forms for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

We keep request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a prospective or active business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Children

EvenBook is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

Customer and product data

This policy covers the public website and request forms. If EvenBook processes property, reservation, owner, or operational data for a customer, the applicable customer agreement and related data-processing terms may also govern that processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
